What is the return policy?
We do not accept returns on perishable, custom, sale items, or gift cards. Cancellations made at least 7 days in advance are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the order are non-refundable. Please verify all items at pickup. Once collected, responsibility for transport and handling lies with the customer. What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 7-29 days before the event will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made 7 days before the event are non-refundable, as preparation may already be underway. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on food items.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
